The control plane: the analytics model registry and which model is active, the bundle vocabulary, the capability, likelihood, slice, and factor catalogues, severity budgets, and the rule catalogue with its instances. Settings makes model and bundle provenance inspectable rather than hidden — while still translating identifiers into business labels for everyone who is not an administrator.
